Therefore, for all travelers&nbsp;<u>aged 2 years and older<\/u>,<strong>&nbsp;in transit or on a stopover in the United States, it is still mandatory to perform an antigen&nbsp;test (or RT-PCR) less than 24 hours prior to departure (the day before or the day of departure).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Full vaccination: comply with&nbsp;<u>the most restrictive regulations<\/u>&nbsp;in effect between the traveler&#8217;s final destination and transit country.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><strong><u>UNVACCINATED TRAVELERS: declaration of compelling reasons no longer required (except in the orange zone)<\/u><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>The declaration of compelling reasons&nbsp;<strong>will be removed<\/strong>&nbsp;<u>for travelers aged 12 years and older who are unvaccinated or&nbsp;who have an incomplete vaccination schedule<\/u>.<\/li>\n<li>Minors under 12 years of age&nbsp;<strong>are also exempt from declaring a compelling reason.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>However,&nbsp;<u>unvaccinated travelers traveling between French Polynesia and countries classified in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gouvernement.fr\/infocoronavirus\/deplacement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the orange zone<\/a><\/u>&nbsp;(in both directions)&nbsp;<strong>are still subject to a declaration of compelling reasons<\/strong>&nbsp;controlled by the airlines company upon boarding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><em><strong>REMINDER<\/strong>: On departure from French Polynesia, travelers must comply with their country&#8217;s entry restrictions and be tested in some traveler is over 18 years old, in order for the vaccination schedule to be recognized as complete beyond 9 months, he must have received an additional dose (booster).<\/li><\/ul><div><br \/><strong><u>UNVACCINATED TRAVELERS: Tests are maintained and the declaration of compelling reasons no longer required (except in the orange zone)<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<\/div><ul><li><u>Unvaccinated traveler<\/u>s over 12 years of age coming from a country classified in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tahititourisme.us1.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=56740bd7d6228c84d4c1626c6&amp;id=bf3bf984df&amp;e=a9ed9864e5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">green or orange zone<\/a>\u00a0and going to\u00a0French Polynesia will have to perform\u00a0<strong>an RT-PCR test less than 72 hours\u00a0or an antigen test in less than 48 hours prior to departure.<\/strong><\/li><li>The declaration of compelling reasons\u00a0<strong>will be removed<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0<u>travelers aged 12 years and older who are unvaccinated or who have an incomplete vaccination
