« The house is amazing. The view is stunning. Rainia, the host whom checked us in was such an excellent person. Showing us how everything worked. She gave us early checkin and late check out. Great amenities with swim shoes, kayaks and life jackets. Back patio was stunning. We ate all meals outside and just consumed the view day after day. Lovely area for lounging on hammocks. “We stayed June 20 through July 2, 2019. We took the ferry from Papeete, rented a car at ferry terminal from Avis , 20 minutes later we arrived in paradise. The house is on the waters edge on Cooks Bay, and very private from neighbors. While the house is nicely furnished, I would not call it luxurious, rather well appointed and comfortable. The furnishings, beds , sheets, utensils and appliances all in good condition.The location maybe one of the best on the Island, close to groceries, restaurants and activities, yet very quiet. The downstairs has 2 master suites and upstairs has two large bedrooms with a large shared bath. The back yard is wonderfully situated directly on Cook’s Bay, surrounded by the Bay’s emerald green hills.The back yard has a big table for dinning, cards, games or just hanging out. There are also lounge chairs, kayaks, snorkel gear and maybe the world best outdoor shower. We cooked breakfast/lunch in most days as well as an occasional dinner.
Overall I give the house 5 stars and strongly recommend it. After driving around the island a couple of times, I feel this may be the best rental property on Moorea. We look forward to our return.”

“Villa Meheana offered our group of 8 the perfect location for our visit to Moorea. The layout of the huts allowed for privacy with a gathering place (kitchen & living area) to be together. The kayak and stand up paddle board were used everyday to explore the lagoon. Great snorkelling right out front. Every night we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. The grounds are beautiful, spacious and well kept. The location is ideal as it is within walking distant to shops and restaurants. Thank you Tahiti homes for sharing this villa with us! »

« Our stay at Villa Manatea by Tahiti Homes was incredible! If you are wow’ed by the photo’s posted online, your expectations will be blown away by the incredible views from this exquisite home up on the hill. Our host was so helpful and got back to us right away with all of our questions. The snorkeling trip to the Lagoonarium was an adventure of a lifetime! We highly recommend this location and everyone that helped make this one of the best vacations we’ve ever had! »

“Beautiful Property and wonderful location! We came with our 2 grown sons, their respective wife and girlfriend, and 2 grandsons. The 3 bungalow set up was perfect for us. It allowed each of us our own private space to retreat to whenever we wanted space. The open air communal space was a perfect gathering place for us and had a well equipped kitchen and dining area. The garden is absolutely lovely and well maintained and gently slopes to a small beach. We had a great time and found we could easily access other parts of the island from there. There are several choices of groceries stores, one of which is in walking distance, as well as fun little shops. It was a memorable time for all of us!!! »
